What are some non-conventional ways to get movement and improve nurse’s health? I hear it all of the time. “I don’t have time to work out. I don’t like exercise. The gym is too much money. I’ve got kids. I did it for a while…” Did I miss anything?
Exercise isn’t for everyone. We aren’t all athletic. We’re unique individuals with our own strengths and limitations, which is fantastic since we all complement each other. But what if you’re one of those nurses that just doesn’t like to work out? What if you have other priorities vying for your attention?
