What Nursing Personality are You and Your Coworkers?

nursing coworkersSince the beginning of time philosophers have tried to define the various personalities exhibited in mankind. In modern times Myers-Briggs have given us 16 different types. Tim La Haye gave us 4 types and Gary Smalley named the 4 types with animal species maybe for better understanding and remembrance. Man has always tried to categorize, stereotype, and even create profiles to ease decision making. In nursing we have done the same. Some profiling that comes to mind quickly are “sundowners,” and “frequent flyers.”
