If you’re an International Registered Nurse and you want to practice in the States, getting licensed is a detailed process, but you can make it happen.
Here’s what you’ll need to do:
1 Meet the educational requirements.
Make sure you’ve completed the following education and licensing requirements in your country:
- You’ve graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- You’re licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- You’ve practiced as an RN for at least two years
