15 Reasons to Be a Labor and Delivery Nurse

  • We get to see all kinds of drama. Sometimes we see a lot of baby-mama-drama. I’m just keeping it real! It’s not that we want to see drama, but let’s just say it keeps everything interesting!
  • We work with the same providers over and over again.  Depending on the size of the hospital, we usually work with a selected group of physicians and midwives. We rarely work with providers that we don’t know or have never spoken to. We get to know our providers very well.
