Sugar has bad effects on not only nurses’ health but everyone’s. They are addictive and at times, it becomes difficult to avoid. Other foods contain high levels of calories. These sugars are harmful to the body, and should be avoided at all costs. Sugars have more effects in the body than the ones we know of or the common ones.
