There are eight hours in your shift–sometimes 12. Sometimes even more than that. As much as nurses would like to consistently eat well during work hours, make sure they’ve slept enough and make time for exercise, many find there’s just not enough time in the day to make sure all those things get done.
With life and work always seeming to get more and more hectic, it can seem like an easy fix us to turn to multivitamins and supplements to help maintain proper nutrition. But a few new studies suggest that these may not be the best way to go.
